At Euforia Singapore, we understand the importance our customers place in receiving their orders quickly and without damage. Thus, we have worked towards enlisting reliable and top-class courier companies. This is part of our promise to ensure that you will receive your orders on time, and in good condition.

What shipping options do you provide?

At Euforia Singapore, you can choose between the following shipping options offered by our Official Logistics Partner, MilkRun:

Our partnership with MilkRun ensures that customers enjoy reliable delivery services.

MilkRun’s delivery hours are from Mondays – Saturdays, delivery till 10pm (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping fees are based on the shipping fee guidelines set by our shipping partner. Thus, your shipping fees are charged based on the weight and size of the parcel that your order is packed in by our retailers.

At the Checkout page, the different shipping options will be indicated together with their prices. You can select the desired shipping option of your choice,  and the total shipping fee will then be clearly indicated at the end of the Checkout page.

I ordered items from multiple retailers, how will my shipping fee be charged?

Our shipping fees are based on the shipping fee guidelines set by our shipping partner. Thus, your shipping fees are charged based on the weight and size of the parcel that your order is packed in by our retailers.

For orders that involve items from multiple retailers, you will be able to see the individual shipping fees from each retailer at the Checkout page. The total shipping fee will also be clearly indicated at the end of the Checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

Euforia Singapore and our retailers do not ship to international locations at the current moment.

Can I collect my order at the Euforia Singapore office?

Euforia Singapore does not provide collection of orders at our office.

Can I collect my order from the retailer(s) whom I ordered from?

Some of our retailers allow for collection of items at their store or office, and if this option is available, it will be indicated under the ‘Shipping‘ section when you proceed to the Checkout page.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

At Euforia Singapore, we believe in doing the best we can to provide the best shopping experience for our customer. Thus, in the case that you would like to change your shipping address, please email us here with your Order Number, within 24 hours.

Please do be aware that we may not be able to accede to your request, as this is dependent on whether our retailers have packed and sent out the order to our shipping partners. If our retailers have not done so, then in most cases we will be able to amend the shipping address for your order.

When will I receive my order?

Our retailers are instructed to prepare and send out your orders within 48 hours. Thus, you should receive your order within 1-3 working days, depending on the shipping option you have chosen.

Can I arrange a delivery date and time that is convenient to me?

At the current moment, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times.

Am I able to track my order?

MilkRun

Yes, customers can track their parcel by contacting the MilkRun team. Simply give them a call at +65 6391 9939.

My order package arrived when I was not at home, what should I do?

If you are not at home when your order delivery is made, blu will contact you directly to reschedule a new delivery time & date. You can also contact the bluCare team for assistance at +65 6817 3620.

I ordered items from different retailers, but I only received part of my order, where is the rest of my order?

When you order from multiple retailers, your orders will be packed in separate parcels by each retailer. Each retailer will then send out your order separately. Thus, this is why you may receive parts of your order at different times.

It has been a week, and I am yet to receive my order, what should I do?

In normal circumstances, you should receive your order within 1-3 working days, depending on the shipping option you have chosen.

In the event that you have not received your order after a week, email us here with your Order Number, and we will check and get back to you within 24-48 hours after we have received your email.

My order came in a damaged condition, what should I do?

Email us here, with the following details:

  • Image of the damaged item

Some of the item(s) I received were of a quality lower than what was promised, what should I do?

Do you provide delivery islandwide?

MilkRun, our Official Logistics Partner, provide delivery to all locations within mainland Singapore except offshore Islands (Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Tekong, St. John, etc.)

What are the terms and conditions for delivery?

  1. Loss & Damage to delivery items shall be limited to value of delivery items at current market value limited to maximum amount of SGD100.00 per delivery.
  2. Insurance can be purchase at minimum premium of SGD25.00/delivery.
  3. Additional ERP charge of SGD2.00 applies for delivery from outside CBD Zone to CBD Zone and vice versa from Monday to Saturday between 0630hrs to 2030hrs.
  1. Additional Charges of SGD12.00 applies for delivery to Secured Zones (Army Camps, Customs Secure Areas, Construction Sites, Port Vicinity, Sentosa, ETC)
  2. Upon confirmation of service, all terms and conditions deemed agreed by service user.
  3. All transaction and delivery carried out in accordance to above terms and conditions.
