How do I make a purchase on MyEuforia.com.sg?
1. Choose what you like → Ensure the size is correct → Add to cart
2. Confirm your shipping cart → Proceed to checkout
3. Key in your personal details and delivery address.
4. Make payment after FINAL check on your order(s).
5. Kindly key in your credit card details and you are done. Please wait for confirmation email.
Will I be able to make a purchase without a MyEuforia Account?
No, you will not be able to make a purchase unless you have registered a MyEuforia Account. We highly recommend creating an account so that you get our latest updates and promotions. In addition, you will also be able to view your transaction details and history.
What happens after an order and payment is made?
You will receive a confirmation email, where you are given details on how you can track your order on the Roadbull website. Thereafter, you should receive your order within the next 3 working days.
Where can I go to cancel my order?
We do not allow any cancellation of orders. Please be careful when choosing your selection of products before making a purchase.
How can I amend the shipping address after an order has been placed?
At Euforia Singapore, we believe in doing the best we can to provide the best shopping experience for our customer. Thus, in the case that you would like to change your shipping address, please email us here with your Order Number, within 24 hours.
Please do be aware that we may not be able to accede to your request, as this is dependent on whether our retailers have packed and sent out the order to our shipping partners. If our retailers have not done so, then in most cases we will be able to amend the shipping address for your order.
Do you have a mobile app?
We currently do not have a mobile app. There are plans for one, so please stay tuned for more updates.
What happens if I would like to do a bulk order for corporate or social events?
