RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Euforia Singapore allows for returns or exchanges of items within 7 days upon receipt of the items, and only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Item: The incorrect item has been sent to you.
  • Damaged: The item was damaged during the delivery process.
  • Defective: The item contains defects.
  • Does Not Fit (Only Applicable For Items From The Fashion Category): The size of the item does not fit you.
  • Product Quality Not As Advertised: Quality of the materials or parts used do not fit with the quality that was advertised by our retailer.

In order to be eligible for returns or exchanges of items, the following criteria must be met:

  • You must have the original packaging that the items were delivered in.
  • Product must be in its original condition, with all tags intact, and must not have been used (e.g. Fashion Apparel must not have been worn before).

If the above criteria are met, please fill up the Returns & Exchanges Form located on the right of this page, and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Depending on the nature of the problem, we may also request for photos of the problem, in order to allow us to better evaluate the problem, and help you resolve the issue quickly.

The evaluation process may take within 3 – 5 working days. Once the return or exchange has been approved, an email will be sent to you with further details.
